A compassionate space

For Women to Heal & Feel Like Themselves Again

Healing begins when your story is met with compassion. I’m here to walk with you as you reconnect with the parts of you that need care.

Welcome to BE Counselling — A grounded space to feel, explore, and heal

At BE Counselling, you’ll find a calm, supportive space to slow down and reconnect with yourself — especially in seasons that feel overwhelming, confusing, or emotionally heavy.

I support women navigating:

  • stress and overwhelm

  • anxiety, worry, and self-criticism

  • grief and loss

  • motherhood transitions

  • relationship challenges

  • identity, faith questions, and spiritual pain

Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help you gently explore the emotions, memories, and beliefs shaping your inner world — at a pace that feels safe and grounded. Together, we work to cultivate clarity, compassion, and emotional steadiness so you can feel more fully yourself again.

Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it.

A deeply personal name, a deeply human approach

My practice is named BE Counselling after my son, Brayden Elijah, who was born without his heartbeat. His life and love have profoundly shaped who I am as a mother, a counsellor, and a woman of faith. His story continues to guide my work with tenderness, reverence, and hope.

Wherever you are in this season — overwhelmed, grieving, questioning, or simply longing for a sense of steadiness — you don’t have to walk it alone.

I would be honoured to accompany you on your journey toward healing, wholeness, and a more grounded way of being.

If you're ready to begin, I invite you to reach out and book a free discovery call. It would be a privilege to sit with you, listen deeply, and support the parts of you that are asking for care.

Teaching, Research, and Community Support

While my work with individual clients is at the heart of what I do, my passion for healing and growth extends far beyond the counselling room.

Through workshops, teaching, and research, I support women, families, and communities in exploring the emotional and spiritual dimensions of their lives. I offer:

  • Compassionate spaces to learn, connect, and grow together
Topics include faith and emotional wellness, grief and motherhood, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed care

  • Equipping future practitioners with a grounded, human-centered approach to mental health

  • Advancing conversations around grief, motherhood, identity, and spiritual healing

This work reflects my belief that healing is not only personal — it’s collective, generational, and deeply relational.

If you are interested in collaborating or learning more about upcoming opportunities, I would love to connect with you.
